A jackknifed semi, which was hauling freight for FedEx, caused traffic to back up on westbound Interstate 44 on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
The truck was rounding a curve at the highway's interchange with Route 66 shortly before 1 p.m. when it left the roadway.
Authorities at the scene said a husband and wife team were in the semi. The wife was driving, and she lost control of the truck on the wet road.
OHP called in a Sooner Emergency Services haz-mat crew to stop a leaking fuel line that was damaged in the incident.
Since the wreck was weather related, OHP did not issue any citations.
No one was injured.
All lanes are back open.
