Doctors testified in court Tuesday in the competency hearing of the man accused of the man accused of firing shots outside the Tulsa County courthouse in March.

Two doctors testified that Andrew Dennehy is not competent to stand trial right now, because he cannot assist in his defense.

They say with treatment, he might become competent to stand trial at a later date.

One doctor said Dennehy has grand and bizarre delusions that he believes to be real, including that the Freemasons and Illuminati plan to gather all the prisoners of the U.S. and all the Christians, and take them to secret underground tunnels and cells beneath the Denver airport and execute them with a guillotine.

He said Dennehy believes the Freemasons can buy off his attorney and even the judge and jury, so he wouldn't get a fair trial.

Prosecutors asked a lot of questions about how successful people are at faking mental illness and pointed out that Dennehy's family is willing to go to great lengths to see him institutionalized, rather than in prison.

The case could go to the jury for a decision as early as Wednesday.
