A Skiatook woman is in critical condition after a single-car wreck just before 11 p.m. Saturday on Rogers Boulevard in Osage County.

Michelle Leigh Adams was driving westbound in a 2006 Chevy Cobalt about a mile west of Skiatook when her car went left of the road for an unknown reason, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The Cobalt struck a wooden post and flipped end over end before landing on its wheels. The 37-year-old Adams, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown about 30 feet from the car.

She was taken by Skiatook EMS to a Tulsa hospital with "whole body" injuries, according to the state trooper's report.

The driver's condition at the time of the wreck is listed as unknown.
