The Tulsa Drillers' bats stayed quiet Saturday night in a 6-2 loss to the Arkansas Travelers.

Dan Houston had a rough outing for Tulsa, allowing five runs in only 4 2/3 innings. It started poorly when Houston walked Roberto Lopez with the bases loaded in the first inning to make it 1-0 Arkansas. It was downhill from there as The Travelers continued to gradually tack on runs.

Tulsa got on the board in the seventh when Warren Schaeffer singled home Jimmy Cesario to make in 5-1, but the Drillers couldn't mount a rally. Lars Davis hit a solo homer in the ninth to complete the scoring.

With the loss, Tulsa falls to 3-7 in its last 10 games. In that stretch, The Drillers has scored fewer than three runs in all seven losses.

The series continues Sunday night at 7 p.m. in Tulsa.
