Police: Burglaries Plague North Tulsa Drug Store

A North Tulsa drugged store is burglarized for the sixth time this month.

Tulsa Police say the latest burglary happened early Wednesday morning at the Med-X in the 5200 block of North Peoria.

Police got a citizen's report of two people breaking into the drug store. Just as officers arrived on scene, the store's alarm sounded.

Tulsa Police found a six-inch hole in the store's front window Plexiglas.

Store officials says the only item taken was lighter fluid. The store was closed at the time.

Police say they are patrolling the area, but that has not deterred the burglars.
