Tulsa Church Group Hands Out Free Bottles Of Water In Extreme Heat

Going without water in this heat can be dangerous—even deadly.

That's why folks at a West Tulsa church passed out water bottles Thursday to people in need.

"I can't live with that on my conscience, knowing that there are people out there that really need help," said Pastor Kevin Conwell of Street Church International. "You know, in this type of weather, we have elderly people who are homeless. They may not make it through this summer."

Members of Street Church International will pass out more water Saturday afternoon and Sunday evening.
