Tulsa Police are investigating two unrelated armed robberies in Tulsa early Tuesday morning.

The first robbery occurred just before 3 a.m. at the QuikTrip at I-244 and Sheridan. Police say a man walked into the store wearing a red bandana on his face.

He implied he had a weapon and when he got cash from the clerk, ran out the door.  No one in the store was injured.

Police described the suspect as black male with a shaved head, 6-feet tall and in his early to mid 30's.

After the robbery the suspect was seen driving away in a red late model Chevy Impala with dark tinted windows.

About one hour later, Tulsa Police were sent to an armed robbery at the Flying J Truck Stop near Admiral and 129th East Avenue.

Police say two men entered the truck stop's store and demanded money.

Once they got the money from a clerk, they ran out the front door.   Again, no one was hurt.
