Search Continues For Missing 2-Year-Old Tulsa Girl

Authorities continue to look for a 2-year-old missing girl who they believe is with her non-custodial parent.

Court records indicate Justin Lampkins is that parent.

Tulsa Police say the girl, Venice Lampkins and her father, Justin Lampkins were last seen Sunday morning.

Lampkins is described in court records as a black male who stands about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen driving a green Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck with a Muscogee Creek Nation tag number, A1645.

Lampkins still may be in the Tulsa area, even though he had threatened to take Venice to Colorado in the past.

Venice is about 25 pounds and was wearing a green and pink dress with flowers and white shoes when she disappeared.
