Have you seen it? A Google Maps Street View car was spotted in Tulsa Monday. The 360-degree mapping vehicle was seen cruising westbound on Interstate 44 at the Interstate 244 split.

The new view of that location will include some orange barrels, but it's nothing new for Google or Tulsa.

The latest Street View car has 15 lenses taking 360 degrees of photos, according to google.com. The car is equipped with motion sensors to track its position, a hard drive to store information and lasers that capture 3D data to determine distances.

Web users can check out business and residential locations and be worldwide "virtual tourists" using the Street View map service. Many people start with checking out their own homes, but it's only the beginning.

Check out Street View special collections, where you can cruise down the Amazon, walk through historic Italy and hit the beach in Hawaii.
