Shooting Victim Calls Police From North Tulsa QuikTrip

A man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg called police from a north Tulsa QuikTrip Wednesday afternoon.

The victim was transported to the hospital in fair condition from 4500 North Lewis. Tulsa police believe he misled them on where the shooting took place.

The victim told police he was shot at Berry Park, located at 5500 North Utica. But police found no evidence a shooting took place at the park.

He later told police he did not know where he was shot or who shot him, police say. 

The victim's identity was not been released.
