CLEVELAND, Oklahoma -- A 25-year-old Cleveland woman, who troopers said was under the influence of medication and caused a four-vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon, has been released from the Pawnee County Jail on $80,000 bond, the jail lieutenant said.
Casey Tull had two children in the car at the time of the accident. She was arrested at the scene on complaints of DUI, child endangerment and failure to use a child restraint on a child over the age of 4, according to the jail.
Kyzer Tull, 6, was not equipped with a child restraint, the report said, and he was transported to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition.
Another child, 1-year-old Slade Tull, was not treated at the scene after Casey Tull refused treatment for her son, the report said.
Troopers said a 2011 Ford Taurus driven by Casey Tull was northbound on U.S. Highway 64 near Norton Road in Cleveland at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Tull slammed into the rear of a stationary 2006 Nissan Altima that was attempting a left-hand turn, troopers said.
The Altima -- driven by Chasidy Molster, 37, of Cleveland –- then collided with a trailer attached to a southbound 2002 GMC pickup, which was driven by Thomas Kelly, 21, of Glenpool.
Molster's car continued on and also hit a southbound 1998 Honda CRV driven by 43-year-old Mary Williams of Pawnee.
Casey Tull was not injured in the wreck.
Molster was transported to the Cleveland Area Hospital in good condition with head and internal injuries. Neither Kelly nor Williams were injured.
All parties were wearing seat belts, the report said.
Traffic was diverted down a county road for over an hour.
