Santorum Suspension Announcement Stuns Tulsa Area Supporters

Rick Santorum says his run for the Presidency is over. Santorum scored wins in 10 states, including a victory here in Oklahoma.

Local Santorum supporters say Tuesday's announcement left them stunned. They met at his South Tulsa headquarters to re-group.

"We were planning on doing convention work over the weekend to try to protect the senator's delegates here in the state of Oklahoma," Chris Medlock said. "Now I've started making some phone calls about coming in and getting the furniture and the computers."

Santorum hasn't endorsed Mitt Romney - or any other Republican candidate. There's no word yet what happens to the delegates pledged to Santorum.
