A neighbor of suspected murderer Jake England says she can't believe he's responsible.
"Now drugs, yes. But killing? I can't imagine it. Not Jake," said Synita Bowers, England's neighbor.
Jake England lives in North Tulsa, near 56th Street North and Lewis. Synita Bowers says she's known him for years, and he's very well mannered.
She says when his dog gets out and knocks over her trash, he's always over to clean up the mess.
Bowers says he's even helped her out around her home before.
England, 19, was arrested early Sunday morning for the shooting deaths of three Tulsans on Good Friday. His Facebook page, which has since been removed, showed a young man who was on the edge after the death of his father in April, 2010, and his fiance this January.
The suspect's father, Carl England, was killed at the Comanche Apartments almost two years to the day before Friday's shooting deaths.
Pernell Demond Jefferson was arrested in Carl England's death.
The Tulsa County District Attorney's office ruled the April 5, 2010, shooting death of Carl England justifiable homicide and declined to file homicide charges against Pernell Demond Jefferson, according to a release from the D.A.'s office.
Jefferson was charged in that case with attempted first degree burglary and possession of a firearm after former conviction of a felony. He is facing a jury trial on these felony charges set on May 7, 2012.
England testified in court on August 27, 2010, during an application to revoke Jefferson's suspended sentence. Jefferson had four prior convictions and had been arrested for feloniously pointing a weapon but was out of jail at the time of Carl England's death.

Jake England testified that he was at his sister's apartment on April 5, 2010, when his father was killed. England told the court that Jefferson argued with one of the other residents of the apartment then later returned with a gun. England said he heard a gunshot, went into the apartment and saw his father "laying on the ground." He testified that he saw Pernell Jefferson near his father's body, and then Jefferson ran off, still holding the gun.

Jefferson is currently incarcerated at William S. Key Correctional Center, Fort Supply awaiting trial.
Jake England made reference to the anniversary of his father's murder on his Facebook page, which has since been removed:
3:40 p.m. Thursday, April 5:
"Today is two years that my dad has been gone shot by a [expletive deleted]. it's hard not to go off. between that and sheran I'm gone in the head."
10:15 p.m. Friday, April 6:
"I do believer it just mite be the time to call it quits I I hate to say it like that but I'm done if something does happen tonite be ready for another funeral later."
England's reference to "sheran" apparently refers to the death of his fiance and the mother of his child, Sheran Hart Wilde of Tulsa, died on January 10, 2012. A family member of Alvin Watts told The News On 6 that Wilde committed suicide, shooting herself in front of Jake England.
One of the photos on England's social media profile was a shot of her driver's license on top of a funeral bulletin. A number of white, bar-shaped pills were scattered on top of the bulletin.
Police say Crime Stoppers tips led them to Jake England and Alvin Watts, 32, who were both arrested on murder and shooting with intent to kill complaints. Tips also led authorities to the white pickup matching the description given by a surviving victim.

A white pickup was discovered by Osage County deputies after it had been set on fire. It was registered to Carl and Jake England.
Before his arrest, England posted about returning to work on a renovation project. He and Watts were arrested at a trailer house in north Tulsa where England was tiling the kitchen floor.
