A man is expected to survive wounds he received in an east Tulsa shooting early Sunday.
Police say two men got into an altercation outside a building in the 11600 block of East 21st Street at about 3 a.m. One of the men started to walk away, and the second man followed and shot him.
Officers say they arrived to find the victim, a man in his early 20s, shot twice in the torso. The injuries are believed to be non-life threatening, according to Sergeant Darren Bristow with the Tulsa Police Department.
The suspect fled westbound on 21st Street in a pickup.
