WARN Weather Team Featured In Wagoner Safety Expo

Folks from all across Oklahoma gathered in Wagoner Saturday for a safety expo, featuring the WARN Weather team, including Chief Meteorologist Travis Meyer.

"Things they can do are their families in case of a storm, bad weather, or anything," said Roger Chilling with the Wagoner County Health Department.

The expo featured speakers on both natural and man-made disasters, and what steps to take in case of an emergency.

But it wasn't all lectures. The crew worked in a little fun for the kids too.

The children got a chance to play fireman, or girl, for the day, while also leaning about fire safety, and how to prevent them.
