Google Street View Car Spotted In Tulsa

A Google Street View car was spotted in Tulsa Wednesday afternoon.  A News On 6 photojournalist spotted the car headed south on Yale near 36th Street.

Google Street View is a technology featured in Google Maps and Google Earth and according to Google provides panoramic views from positions along many streets in the world.

It was launched on May 25, 2007, in several cities in the United States, and has since expanded to include cities and rural areas worldwide.

Google says on its web site it is constantly adding and updating its image collections.
