Politicians all over the nation are taking sides on the health care law, and that includes one of Oklahoma's own.
On Tuesday morning, Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn made an appearance on CBS This Morning.
He has been a fierce critic of the president's health care law from the beginning.
Coburn did applaud the administration for addressing the health care system which he said has problems, but he believes the law is something Americans can't afford.
"How well is Medicaid working? None of them are working well. They're totally bankrupt programs. We can't afford them," Coburn said on CBS.
"The care is declining. Even though you say you can have access, you don't get access."
Coburn said the government is over-stepping its boundaries in determining health care for its citizens.
