A Broken Arrow High School graduate and member of the Oklahoma State University wrestling team is facing a charge of burglary of an automobile following an incident on campus on March 14, 2012.

Zachary Skates, 19, a two-time state wrestling champion at Broken Arrow was arrested by OSU Police as he got out of a parked car at a campus parking lot.

School officials say Skates is a red shirt freshman and did not participate in any wrestling matches this season for OSU.

Skates is free on $1,500 bond until a May 7, 2012 court hearing.

So far, OSU has not taken disciplinary action against Skates.

Oklahoma State Wrestling Coach John Smith said in a statement, "We are still gathering information about the situation and will make a decision regarding his status in the future."
