Two-Vehicle Collision Near Downtown Early Wednesday

About 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, a two-vehicle collision occurred near 11th Street and Peoria Avenue.

Witnesses say a woman driving a Mazda SUV was southbound on Peoria, but a westbound truck went through a red light and smashed into the Mazda on its driver's door.

EMSA was seen trying to convince to driver of the Mazda to be checked out.

Other driver was being questioned about alcohol intake.
