A crash on U.S. Highway 169 between Pine and 36th Street North shut down the northbound lanes for about 30 minutes late Tuesday night.

Tulsa Police say the crash happened at about 11:30 p.m.

The driver of a northbound car lost control and his car rear-ended another car knocking both vehicles off the road.

Police say neither driver was seriously injured and it was not clear what caused the driver to lose control.  An investigation into the crash continues.

Meanwhile, a car heading north on Highway 75 shortly before 3 a.m. Wednesday had a blow out, causing the SUV to hit the cable barrier in the median.

The crash happened near the interchange of 75 and 56th Street North.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the driver was not hurt, but the SUV sustained considerable damage.
