Tulsa Police are investigating a wrong-way crash that snarled traffic on U.S. Highway 75 for several hours Sunday afternoon.
Officers say a suspected drunk driver was seen driving the wrong way on the highway.
Around the 61st Street exit, the driver hit another car, head-on. That car had a mother and two kids inside.
With U.S. Highway 75 blocked off, Tulsa Police focused their attention on the two vehicles: the upside-down pickup heading the wrong way, and the crushed car that didn't have time to react.
"He just was coming high speed and that could be 60, 70 miles an hour," said Corporal Dan Miller of the Tulsa Police Department. "Then you've got the other person doing 60, 70 miles an hour. So you've got a combined speed of 120 coming at each other.
"The truck, they just said, was like a pole vault - over the car, landing and flipping where it's at."
The mother and her two children were trapped inside their car.
"[She] had a young girl, probably about six years old who was with her. She wasn't hurt at all. Thank God," Dan Miller said.
The other passenger, a teenager, suffered a minor blow to the head and is expected to be okay.

"She was just, from the impact, she was pinned in there really good. So they had to open the door and stretch things a little bit so they could actually get her out," Dan Miller said.
As for the suspected drunk driver behind the wheel of the pickup truck, he wasn't injured but officers say he smelled of alcohol.
Corporal Dan Miller said, "When we got up there to start talking to him, he was incoherent."
With everyone involved sent to the hospital, police and fire crews cleaned up the mangled mess made by what could have easily been a deadly decision.
The identity of the suspected drunk driver has not been confirmed because officers say he was in someone else's pickup.
It's unclear if the vehicle was stolen or borrowed.
