Oklahoma Soldier Returns From Fifth Deployment For Visit

One of Oklahoma's Own made a safe return to American soil Saturday.

Sergeant First Class Billy Brashears was met my friends and family at the Tulsa International Airport.

Brashears is in the middle of his fifth deployment to the Middle East.

He says it gets harder to leave with each deployment—especially now that he has two little children.

"It's great to come home and see everybody. I've been gone for seven months, so it's nice to get back to familiar territory," he said.

Brashears ships back out in two weeks, to begin another five months in Afghanistan.
