Tulsa County Sheriff's Office investigators presented information Friday to the DA's office recommending a charge of first degree rape be filed against a Broken Arrow Police officer.

TCSO says BA Police officer Jimmy Lee McBee was identified by the victim.

On January 12, 2012 deputies served a search warrant at McBee's home.

Broken Arrow Police say an officer in their department had been suspended with pay after a woman accused the officer of rape.
