Police To Talk With Man Seen On Surveillance Video About December Murder

Tulsa Police have identified a man seen in surveillance video inside a Shell gas station just before a clerk at that store was killed in December 2011.

Police say he is not a suspect. But detectives are setting up a time to meet with him and hope he may have seen something that will help them find the men who killed Peggy Gayton.
