The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office is showing off its latest crime-fighting tool.
News On 6 first showed you their new lightweight airplane last month.

It's the brain-child of a reserve deputy who's letting the Sheriff's Office use it for free so he can test it out and hopefully sell the design to other departments.
"It's got a parachute. So, if something should happen and you lose power, you simply pull a parachute and cut power and it will float to the ground. You won't have a major crash," said Tulsa County Sheriff Stanley Glanz.
Another bonus --- the plane costs about ten times less than a helicopter to fly.
