The latest victim of a Tulsa serial flasher managed to snap a photo of the man's vehicle – an SUV police have learned is fairly rare.

Tulsa police released a photo of a black Yukon XL, a GMC model that is 2007 or newer. A local dealership told detectives that most Yukons sold are Denali models and have that name on the sides of the vehicles.

Police say a man driving the Yukon XL exposed himself just after 3 p.m. in the area of 10100 E. 71st Street. The suspect followed his victim to East 61st Street, "rising up in the seat to expose himself while masturbating."

The victim initially laughed it off, but then realized just how serious a crime this can be. She's is very thankful her daughter wasn't with her Friday afternoon.

"I started shaking, kind of got sick to my stomach. The rest of the day, I couldn't eat," said Amy, indecent exposure victim.

Amy and her friend followed the suspect for a few blocks but then lost him after he sped away. She was surprised how much the incident bothered her later.

"That night, I felt stupid because it bothered me so bad. It really disturbed me," she said.

Police say he's done this six times since 2007, but probably more, since many victims don't report it.

"We need to know about these guys. They need to go to jail, need to be registered as sex offenders," said Tulsa Police Sergeant Mark Mears.

The man is described as an older white male, heavyset with a "big belly." Most of the victims have described him as having thick brown to reddish hair. Police think he may be changing the appearance of his hair because some victims have described him as having gray hair, the bulletin states.

All victims have said he wears business attire including a button-up shirt. The man usually takes the tag off his vehicle.

The Yukon XL model is black with no chrome trim and a small luggage rack on top.

Anyone with information about this man or his vehicle is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. Callers remain anonymous.
