'Dreaming Of A Recycled Christmas' Tulsa Campaign Exceeds Goal

Tulsa Recycle and Transfer's "Dreaming of a Recycled Christmas" campaign has exceeded its goal several days before the deadline.

As of Friday, January 6, 2012, TRT has recycled more than 1,054,000 pounds of recyclables. The campaign goal is 1,000,000.

The campaign started the day after Christmas and runs through Tuesday, January 10, 2012.

All proceeds will benefit the Salvation Army and the Foods For Kids Backpack Program.

Tulsa Recycle and Transfer has 30 Mr. Murph drop off sites across the Tulsa area. Visit feedmrmurph.com for a list of those locations.
