Muskogee Special Ops Team Arrests Two Men For Murder

The Muskogee Police Department has arrested two men for first degree murder. Jacory Billings, 20, and Schivone Anderson, 17, were arrested early Friday morning by the special operations team, according to Pedro Zardeneta of the MPD.

The two men are suspects in the murder of Roshun English. English was gunned down in a home in the 900 block of South 4th Street on November 11, 2011. A third man, 21-year-old Dawaan Norwood turned himself in on November 16, in English's death.

A 20-year-old Tulsa man, Kadeem McNab, who was present when Billings and Anderson were arrested, was also taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.
