Oklahoma Attorney General Looks Into Broken Arrow Casino

The state attorney general has contacted the National Indian Gaming Commission concerning the controversial casino under construction in Broken Arrow.

The state attorney general has contacted the National Indian Gaming Commission concerning the controversial casino under construction in Broken Arrow.

He asked for copies of all documents and information about plans for this piece of land, including the gaming license application.

Kialegee Tribal Town wants to build a casino just north of the Creek Turnpike on 129th East Avenue.

Folks who live near the proposed site have protested and don't want gaming near their neighborhood.

Attorney General Scott Pruitt says he's trying to determine if any state laws or compacts have been broken.
