A Broken Arrow man was acquitted of murder. Joshua Vaughn was on trial for first degree murder in the shooting death his neighbor in 2009.
Police say Vaughn was playing pool with some friends when the victim walked over. They say the two of them got into an argument and Vaughn shot the man six times.
Witnesses say the two had been involved in an ongoing dispute for months. Vaughn's attorney had argued that the shooting was in self-defense.
Late Tuesday night, jurors decided there was not enough evidence to convict Vaughn of murder.
