Owasso Students Honor Military Men And Women

OWASSO, Oklahoma -- Elementary students in Owasso got an early start on Veteran's Day activities here on the Home Front. 

Students from Pamela Hodson Elementary held a special program to honor veterans and active military men and women.

I had the chance to emcee a portion of the program. The kids sang songs, danced, and read patriotic messages to veterans.

The veterans also were called individually to the stage at Owasso's Performing Arts Center to be recognized.
