Okmulgee County Woman Arrested Following Husband's Murder

OKMULGEE, Oklahoma -- A third suspect has been arrested in the homicide of Okmulgee County resident Timothy Parenti. The victim's wife, Linda Parenti, was booked into the Okmulgee County Jail as an accessory after the fact.

Parenti, 57, was killed in his home near Schulter. His stepdaughter Christina Stribel and her boyfriend Dustin Martin were arrested in his death earlier this week.

Authorities say they believe the boyfriend, Dustin Martin, shot Parenti in the head, poured gas on his body and set him on fire.  The medical examiner hasn't issued a cause of death yet.

The stepdaughter, Christina Stribel, reportedly called her mother on October 29 and confessed to the killing, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

Linda Parenti was booked on a $100,000 bond. Stribel and Martin are being held as material witnesses.
