TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police have arrested a suspect in a drive-by murder Monday night.

Detectives determined that the other vehicle was a mid 90s Ford sedan.
They say surveillance video from several businesses along East Apache revealed a dark Ford Crown Victoria in the area the same time that Duckett's Bonneville was parked nearby.
On Tuesday a patrol officer spotted the car in the 2100 block of East 50th Place North. Patrol officers, members of the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force and homicide detectives took Duffy into custody as he tried to leave in the 1995 Ford Crown Victoria.
After questioning him, detectives placed Duffy under arrest for first-degree murder.
Detectives are still actively investigating leads in this case and say they expect more arrests.
