TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police say a 19-year-old man was shot and killed while driving with two other passengers in a north Tulsa neighborhood Monday night.

Tulsa Police say Dontay Duckett was driving near North Hartford and Apache at 9:30 p.m. when another vehicle pulled up and someone inside opened fire.

Two passengers jumped out of Duckett's car and ran.  Police talked to one of the passengers.  Neither were injured.

Police believe the shots were fired from another vehicle that was chasing Duckett.

The suspects may have been involved in an armed robbery in the 2300 block of North Boston Place earlier in the evening, according to police. The suspects' descriptions are not known.

Tulsa Police say this is the city's 45th homicide of the year.

If you have information on this shooting you are encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
