Former Catoosa Assistant Police Chief Arrested Again

ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -- The former Assistant Police Chief of Catoosa was arrested again, this time for violating his probation.

Paul Whitmire pleaded guilty last year to obtaining prescription pain killers from several sources. He was fired shortly after his indictment in January of 2010.

He's in the middle of serving 30-months probation. A booking report does not specify the violation.

Whitmire is being held for the US Marshals.
