New Hotel Planned For Tulsa's Brady District

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Ground is scheduled to be broken Thursday morning for a 4 story hotel and retail center in Tulsa's Brady District.

The new Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott will feature 104-rooms and 11,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space at street level.

The cost of the project is $11 million.  The site is currently a surface parking lot off of Main Street between Archer and Brady.

The hotel is set to open by the fall of 2012.
