TULSA, Oklahoma -- The former superintendent for Skiatook Public Schools will have to wait until December 12, 2011 to find out what his sentence for accepting bribes will be.

In July, Dr. Gary Johnson pled guilty in Tulsa County Court to four counts of accepting bribes.

He was charged after an investigation by the Tulsa County DA's office dug deeper into a grand jury indictment.

That grand jury also indicted an Oklahoma City businessman, accusing him of bribing Johnson. Rick Enos is scheduled for a preliminary hearing for Wednesday in Tulsa County District Court.

Dr. Gary Johnson could face up to 40 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
