Witnesses Testify In Deadly Tulsa Hit And Run Trial

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Several witnesses testified Tuesday in the trial of a Tulsa man accused in a deadly hit and run.

Joshua Nosak is charged with first-degree manslaughter in connection with the crash at 6th and Peoria in May of 2010.

That wreck killed 40-year-old Melissa Eubanks. Witnesses told police it was Nosak who hit Eubank's car, then ran off.

NoSak is also charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license. In court, an eyewitness to the crash identified Nosak as the driver who hit Eubanks.
