MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- One of the men charged in connection with a fatal shooting at Muskogee's Arrowhead Mall in 2010 has pleaded guilty to a count of harboring a fugitive.
Augusta Parker entered the plea in Muskogee County District Court this week. The judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison.
Parker, 26, was arrested soon after the shooting and initially charged with being an accessory to murder.
A 17-year-old Muskogee teen was killed in the April 10, 2010 shooting.
The alleged shooter in the case, 19-year-old Dondray Fowler, is still awaiting trial for first degree murder.
He has a hearing in January, where a judge is expected to set a trial date.
