TULSA, Oklahoma -- A road rage incident ended with a man in the Tulsa County jail early Friday morning.

Tulsa Police say a driver headed west on 33rd West Avenue was almost hit head on by an eastbound pickup truck just after 12:30 a.m.

The driver called Tulsa Police as he turned around and followed the pickup truck until it pulled over.

Tulsa Police say the driver of the pickup truck, 29-year-old Nathaniel Page of Tulsa, was kicking the door of the man's car when they arrived.  He got into his truck and police gave chase.

A short time later, Page jumped out of the truck and a foot chase ensued, according to police.

Officers chased Page into a house in the 5200 block of 36th West Avenue. During a struggle inside the home, officers used pepper spray to subdue Page.

Page was taken to the jail and booked on complaints of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, malicious injury to property and driving under suspension.
