BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -- Two men burglarized a Broken Arrow home Monday after posing as cosmetic salesmen, according to police.

The homeowner walked in on the daytime burglary and called 911. The two suspects, Alphonso Caldwell and Marquise Hall, were later arrested.

Police say the two approached the homeowner as she was pulling out of her driveway and told her they were selling cosmetics, despite having none of the products on them.

The homeowner declined, but the suspects continued asking questions to whether or not anyone was home, according to police.

The victim drove away, but quickly returned home after having strong suspicions about the encounter. Police say her suspicions were correct when she interrupted the two burglary suspects inside her home.

The two men were arrested by Broken Arrow Police after a short foot pursuit. The homeowner was not injured.

Broken Arrow Police are warning residents to be cautious when dealing with strange or suspicious individuals.
