TULSA, Oklahoma -- There's something new to see at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum.
A new exhibit about the lives and stories of what we've come to know as America's greatest generation.
Kim Jones is showed me around the traveling exhibit from the Minnesota History Center. It's about the lives and stories of the generation of Americans born in the 1910s and 20s.
Parts of the exhibit deal with the War and all the associated events. The Air and Space Museum has integrated its items with the traveling exhibit. That helps tell visitors what was happening in Tulsa back then.
Everywhere I looked there was something I grew up with: TV dinners and black and white television.
The museum has asked to come out and talk with visitors and answer questions.
The depression, World war II, and the civil rights movement, the big events that shaped the lives of our parents and grandparents
The exhibit runs through October 20TH. Weekends will feature additional displays and even re-enactors.
