Driver Dead After Rogers County Crash

ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -- An Inola woman is dead following a crash at a Rogers County highway intersection Tuesday afternoon.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash happened at U.S. Highway 412 and NS416 county road.

Troopers say a Honda Civic was east on 412, when a pickup truck pulled out of the county road into the path of the Honda.

The driver of the pickup, Melissa Black, 43, was ejected. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Honda, Nathan Hollis of Bartlesville was treated and released from a Tulsa hospital.

Troopers say Black was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
