TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 41-year-old Tulsa man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Tulsa for using what he claimed was bomb during the robbery of a Tulsa federal credit union on July 18, 2011.

FBI agents arrested Steven Wooten two days after the robbery when he went to the Tulsa County jail to surrender.

Tulsa Police say Wooten entered the credit union with a brief case, placed it on the counter and handed the teller a note there was a bomb inside.  After getting the money, he ran out the front door, leaving the briefcase behind.
