TULSA, Oklahoma -- Another main break shot water high into the sky over a Tulsa intersection. The break was spotted at Pine and Elgin early Thursday evening.
City officials say the town suffered 10 water main breaks between midnight and 8 a.m. Thursday across the city of Tulsa.
Tulsa work crews got the geyser shut off at about 5:50 p.m. It was an 8-inch line.
The City warned yesterday any major breaks could force them to implement stage two of its water rationing program.
That means everything Mayor Dewey Bartlett asked us to do yesterday would become mandatory.
