BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma -- A 26-year-old Bartlesville mother will stand trial later this month in the death of her ten-day-old infant daughter.

During a hearing Wednesday in Washington County District Court, a judge set August 29, 2011 as the start of Lyndsey Fiddler's trial on charges of first degree murder and child neglect.

The charges stem from a November 4, 2010 incident in Fiddler's apartment in which the infant, Maggie Mae Trammel was found dead in a washing machine.
