Carl Albert Holds off Norman for 11-10 Win
It took 10 innings, but Carl Albert was able to pull out the 11-10 win over Norman.

CHOCTAW, Oklahoma -- It took 10 innings, but Carl Albert was able to pull out the 11-10 win over Norman in the 46th annual Choctaw baseball tournament Thursday.
Carl Albert scored in the top of the first to go up 1-0, but Norman had a huge second inning.
Headed into the bottom of the second and trailing 1-0, Conner Koepp tied it all up on solo homerun. With two outs, Norman started a rally and scored four more runs to go up 5-1.
The Titans would add three runs in the third to cut it to 5-4, and tack on another score in the top of the fifth to tie it all up at 5.
Norman would go back up 6-5 in the bottom of the fifth.
Taylor Hawkins would hit a solo homerun in the sixth to tie it all back up at 6. Neither team would score until the top of the ninth, when A.J. Wilson led the Titans off with a triple. He would eventually score to give the Titans a 7-6 lead.
But the Tigers would respond and tie it up once again at 7-7 in the bottom of the ninth.
Top of the tenth, the Titans would get a huge lift by Hawkins, who hit another homerun, this time a three-run shot. They would add another security run to go up 11-7 headed into the bottom of the tenth. Norman would score three runs, but came up a run short, and Carl Albert would win it 11-10.
