Clinton: The Red Tornadoes have had a breakout season, taking out everyone in their path with exception to one -- the undefeated Heritage Hall Chargers. It’s been a turn-around season for Clinton, having made it to the second round of the playoffs last year. This year, playing in a new class, the Red Tornadoes hit the ground running, finding their stride early and maintaining a fierce competitiveness throughout the season. Their defense allowed only 16 points on average throughout the season, including three late-season games in which only seven points were scored against Clinton.

Broken Bow: The team is undefeated this season, having faced some pretty stiff competition this season. Their strength lies in their offense, which averaged over 27 points over their competition. They’ll be looking to make it further than their quarterfinal loss of last season.

Douglass: The Trojans are hitting their stride late in the season, having found their areas of weakness against tough competitors in the first few weeks. They lost the state title to Star Spencer last year and are hungry to vindicate themselves.

Glenpool: The Warriors have only lost two games this season--once to the dominant Cascia Hall and the other to Douglass by only two points. Last season, their year ended on a sour note, having lost in the first round, snapping a 23-game winning streak. The then-juniors are leading the team this year and are focused on making this season count by getting the Gold Ball.

McGuinness: The Irish can be a little unreliable, but know the stakes are higher in the playoffs. They made it to the quarterfinals last season, falling to Sallisaw by six points. The momentum is in favor of the Irish late in the season, giving McGuinness fans a hope for a successful state title run.
