Putnam City North Closes Season with a Win

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Putnam City North Panthers needed to win and a loss by Edmond Memorial to grab the final playoff spot in District 6A-1.

PC North (4-6, 3-4) did its part Friday, topping Choctaw (3-7, 2-5) 31-6.

However, Edmond Memorial held off the Yukon Millers 38-21 to secure the fourth spot in the district.
