Yukon Takes Spirit Stick to a New Level

The Millers took their week six spirit stick honors seriously; check out its new design!

YUKON, Oklahoma-- Yukon’s week six win over Lawton Eisenhower 35-21 gave them the coveted Oklahoma Sports spirit stick.

Each week, the winner is allowed to add their own decorations to the spirit stick, and Yukon took that job seriously.

Oklahoma Sports Anchor Toby Rowland caught up with some of the Millers who reconstructed the spirit stick, making it more of a spirit field.

All-in-all Yukon added about ten feet to the spirit stick and outfitted it to look like a football field complete with an end zone and field goal post.
The spirit stick remains undefeated, and you never know what school it will show up at next.
